What Do We Mean by Handmade?

It's about intention and desire. It's about good management, husbandry and high welfare standards to minimise sickness, it's about altering diet according to season and need, not Excel, it's about paying attention, not just the bills.  It's about getting a fair deal for the animals, for the farmers and for you, the customer.
