My name is Christopher Ritch and I am a crofter in Unst, the most northerly island in the UK. Gunnister is actually five separate crofts amalgamated into one holding with a total area of 108 hectares.

The flock is run on our smallholding on the West Wales coast at the southern end of Cardigan Bay, and there we aim to produce flavoursome and ethically-reared free-range meat with minimal intervention from chemicals, drugs and growth promoters.

Mullacott is a family run farm, with many breeds of livestock, some of them being unusual or rare breeds.

We are a small, family owned and run, holding. We operate to simple, old fashioned methods. All the produce we sell has been raised here by ourselves.

We are proud to own the pedigree Lionheart herd of White Park cattle – truly a breed of distinction and from the mists of time.

Rosewood Farms was established in 2003 by brothers Paul & Robert Rose, when they settled at Rosewood Farm following ten years of nomadic pastoralism in the locality.

Ty’n-y-Mynydd is a small, traditional, family run hill farm, on the northern coast of the Llyn peninsular. In addition to our wonderful Welsh sheep, we have a small herd of cattle and rare breed pigs.
