The pork we offer is of a high quality from named and sometimes rare breeds. Our producers are small farmers spread across the UK. They're in touch with the land and their flocks and herds. Which means you can be, too.
The price you pay includes delivery to your door.
What can you expect to find in your half pig box?
As a rough idea, you'll get at least 25kg of prime pork. A typical box will contain joints for roasting from both the leg and the loin, some chops, a tenderloin, streaky belly rashers, a hock and some shoulder, either as joints or diced. If you have special butchery requirements, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our team of butchers can accomodate almost everything, so if you want to make your own air dried ham, fabulous bangers or the perfect crackling, let us know.
Subject to availability and available on request are liver, kidney, head, trotters and tails! We'll even sell you the squeak, if needed.

The only criticism I could have of the meat is that it is so good you eat too much of it and put on rninches around the waistline! In these days of rapidly rising food prices, this pork is a bargain as well as being raised the right way and very tasty.
