The pork we offer is of a high quality from named and sometimes rare breeds. Our producers are small farmers spread across the UK. They're in touch with the land and their flocks and herds. Which means you can be, too.
The price you pay includes delivery to your door.
What can you expect to find in your half pig box?
As a rough idea, you'll get at least 22kg of prime pork. A typical box will contain joints for roasting from both the leg and the loin, and/or some chops, belly pork joints, a hock and shoulder, either as joints, minced, diced or any combination. If you have special butchery requirements, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our team of butchers can accomodate almost everything, so if you want to make your own air dried ham, fabulous bangers or the perfect crackling, let us know.
Subject to availability and available on request are liver, kidney, head, trotters and tails! We'll even sell you the squeak, if needed.
